Account Deletion Policy
Invent Ivy Technologies ("us", "we", or "our") operates School Unique (http://schoolunique.com) and dependent websites,
which is a Cloud based School Management Software (offered through both Web & Mobile platform) used by various Schools to keep in touch with registered Student Parents of the School.
We use your Personal Information only to help registered Schools to share important information with you as an intended Student Parent of the School.
We value your privacy and believe in giving you control over your personal information. We understand that there may be circumstances where you wish to delete your account,
and we have developed a comprehensive account deletion policy to ensure a transparent and seamless process. Please review the following guidelines regarding the deletion of your account:
Currently Parents cannot self register with SchoolUnique directly. Your registered School creates an Account for you as part of Student enrollment / registration process
and shares the Account credentials with you.
Account Deletion Requests
Your Parent Account is completely managed by registered School. If you are switching to a different School or don't want the current School to manage your Account anymore,
drop an official email to School or meet the School staff in person. School may require you to provide certain verification details to confirm your identity and ensure
the security of your account.
Data Retention Period
Upon Parent account deletion by School, we will cease using your personal information, and completely delete any personal data.
Please note that account deletion is an irreversible process. Once your account is deleted, all associated data, including personal information, user-generated content, and account settings, will be permanently removed from our systems.
We cannot recover any data or restore your account after it has been deleted. Therefore, it is essential to consider the consequences before proceeding with the deletion request.
Deletion of Backups and Archives
We strive to remove your personal information from our active systems as part of the account deletion process.
However, please note that backups and archives may contain residual copies of your data.
These backups and archives are retained for a limited period and are securely stored to ensure the integrity and security of our systems.
The residual copies will be deleted in the ordinary course of our backup and archival processes.
Communication and Confirmation
Upon successful deletion of Parent account, registered School will provide confirmation via the email address associated with your account.
Modifications to the Account Deletion Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this account deletion policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels or
by updating the policy on our website.
